Terms of Service

1. The service

Cataflow collects posts from the public Telegram channels you add into catalogs, extracts fields from them and alerts you about new ones. It works on the web and as a Telegram Mini App.

Fields are extracted by machine learning models and may be inaccurate — check the original via the link in each record. Cataflow is not affiliated with Telegram and is not responsible for the content of posts.

2. Account

You can sign in with email, Google or Telegram, and link several methods to one account. You must be 18 or older.

You are responsible for access to your email, Google and Telegram accounts. If you notice a sign-in that isn’t yours, contact support.

3. Plans and payment

• Free has no charge and no end date. Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically.
• Card payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which appears on your statement. Stars payments go through Telegram under its rules.
• You can cancel in your profile at any time. The plan stays until the end of the paid month.
• Upgrading by card takes effect at once, prorated for the days left. Upgrading with Stars starts a new subscription; unused days of the old one are not refunded.
• Downgrades take effect from the next period.

Prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. We’ll notify you before prices change; a new price applies from the next period.

4. Credits

• Credits pay for parsing with the precise model. The basic model is free within your plan’s daily limit.
• Credits are added with every Pro and Business payment and sold in packs. They never expire.
• Linking Telegram for the first time adds 1,000 cr. The bonus is once per Telegram account.
• Credits are not money: they can’t be withdrawn, exchanged or moved to another account.

5. Limits

If after a downgrade you have more than the new plan allows, extra catalogs become view-only and sources are paused. Nothing is deleted; upgrade and everything resumes.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Cataflow to break the law, harvest personal data from posts, send spam, bypass limits, create multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or access the service automatically outside the interface.

If you do, we may restrict or block your account and will tell you why unless the law forbids it.

7. Posts and your data

Posts belong to their channel authors. In catalogs we show an excerpt and extracted fields with a link to the original.

Catalog descriptions, fields and favorites are yours. We use them only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but don’t guarantee it. We’re not liable for decisions made based on posts or extracted fields.

9. Changes

We’ll notify you by email or Telegram at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
